These terms govern your use of CalcuCalcu.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be readable rather than exhaustive — if something here is unclear, ask us.

What the site is

CalcuCalcu provides free online tools: converters, generators, health and finance calculators, image utilities and random pickers. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — there is no account, no upload and nothing to install. The site is funded by advertising.

Accuracy and the limits of these tools

Each tool implements a standard, published method and names that method on its own page (see our methodology). We test the tools against reference values before publishing them.

Even so, results are estimates and the tools are not professional advice. In particular:

• Health tools (TDEE, sleep cycles) use population-average equations. Individual metabolism and sleep architecture vary widely. They are not medical or nutritional advice — consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
• Finance tools (compound interest) illustrate the arithmetic of a model. They ignore fees, taxes, inflation and market risk, and are not investment advice.
• Time and astronomy tools (sunrise/sunset, timestamp conversion) follow standard algorithms but depend on the accuracy of your device clock, time zone and the coordinates you supply.

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.

Your files and data

Image tools process files locally in your browser using the Canvas API; the files are never uploaded to us and we never see them. You are responsible for holding the rights to any file you process, and for keeping your own backups — a converted or resized file exists only in your browser until you save it.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools freely, including for commercial work. You may not:

• scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site to republish its content;
• attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security;
• present the tools as your own, or embed them in a way that hides their origin;
• use automated traffic to inflate ad impressions or clicks.

Linking to any page is welcome and needs no permission.

Intellectual property

The equations and standards these tools implement are public and we claim no ownership of them. The text, page design, worked examples and code on this site are our own work and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Reproducing whole pages or the tool code requires permission.

Third-party services

The site uses Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics and Google AdSense to serve advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisements are served by Google and its partners; we do not select individual ads and do not endorse the products in them.

Changes and availability

We add, revise and occasionally retire tools. We may change these terms; the "last updated" date above marks the current version. The site is offered without any uptime guarantee.
